São Paulo Consulting Group (SPCG) was born from an uncomfortable observation: there is a vast distance between the analytical tools available at large global consultancies and the daily reality of small and medium-sized enterprises — which account for more than 50% of GDP and 70% of formal employment in Brazil.

It is not a matter of merit. It is a matter of access. Reference consultancies typically serve large corporations because their economic model requires it. We built a different model — the same methodological rigor, the same analytical depth, adapted to the pace, budget, and culture of the mid-sized company.

Identification of the 3 to 5 highest-impact levers on margin, growth, and cash, with analytical rationale validated with leadership.
