Three profiles that stand out at SPCG

Analysts & Consultants

Recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience. Degrees in engineering, economics, business administration, accounting, or related fields. Analytical excellence, intellectual curiosity, and discipline.

Senior Consultants & Managers

Professionals with 4 to 10 years of experience. Ability to lead projects, manage clients, and develop junior teams.

Industry Specialists

Executives with deep experience in specific sectors. Positions for hybrid engagement — targeted projects with strong value added.

Selection process

Five transparent stages

Resume submission to rh@spcg.com.br, with two examples of analytical work.
Quantitative reasoning and structuring test (60 minutes, remote).
Fit and background interview with a senior consultant (60 minutes).
Case interview (90 minutes, in person or remote — real anonymized case study).
Final conversation with partner and presentation of the offer.
